Born during the 90's year of the tiger, Jonas is graduated with a degree of AB Literature from the University of Santo Tomas. He was the former Artistic Director of Artistang Artlets, the Official Theater Guild of the Faculty of Arts and Letters at the University of Santo Tomas. Currently he is serving as an Instructor for the Department of Speech Communication and Theatre Arts, where he is also taking graduate studies. His research interests include: Dramaturgy, Philippine Theatre, Re-enactments, Postcolonial Theatre, and Performance Studies. His artistic practice includes: Dramaturgy, Playwriting, and Literary Management.
